At El Puente we are incredibly blessed with a team of people, pictured below, consisting of local Nicaraguans and North American missionary families who, we believe, God has brought together for His plans and purposes. Our philosophy of teamwork is that each and every member of our team is valuable and, together, we represent the body of Christ. The day-to-day ministries, the changed lives and the work that is accomplished is only possible through God leading our team and helping each person do his or her part to further the Kingdom of Heaven here on Earth.
